Dina connects the routines schools and families already share. Modules and permissions determine what each school and account can use.
Arrival → attendance → history
Staff record child check-in and check-out with a photo. Live attendance shows who is on site. Authorized managers review date filters, export attendance CSV and make audited corrections without erasing original events.
Pickup → journey → arrival
An active transport journey shares the authorized adult transport device’s location with authorized families. Visibility starts with the child’s boarding and ends at their own arrival or access expiry. Dina does not provide continuous employee GPS tracking.
Home → Moments → family connections
Families follow attendance, transport and school-shared Moments in Home. Connected schools share one family experience while school records stay separated. Guardian invitations give each authorized adult their own access.
Class → booking → make-up
Schools that enable Classes organize a calendar, trial reservations, family absence notices and make-ups. Public booking and embedding are controlled by the school; they are not enabled automatically.
Proposed shift → approval → actual hours
Staff submit their own shifts. Authorized managers review and approve them. Private photo Check In / Check Out records actual work; corrections and approved actual hours remain separate from the raw evidence.
