Service use & agreements
This page explains current school and family use. Contact BrandStack for the agreements applicable to your organization. It does not replace existing contracts or introduce new acceptance requirements.

Schools and authorized staff
Schools manage staff access, child records, family invitations and shared attendance devices. Confirm the authority and permissions needed to provide information and capture or share photos. Use roles appropriate to each staff member and keep invitations and sign-in credentials secure.
Families and guardians
Adults join through an authorized invitation or connection and access their linked children. School or family access can be revoked. Treat shared photos and permitted downloads as private, and respect other children’s privacy and the school’s sharing settings. Sharing them elsewhere can create copies outside Dina’s control.
Attendance and notification limits
A saved photo-backed event records an action, not facial identity or the identity of a collecting adult. Notifications and transport maps depend on device, network and provider availability. They do not replace school safeguarding, pickup checks, emergency contact or fallback records.
School arrangements and requests
Feature availability, commercial arrangements and support are determined with the school. Contact Dina for school terms, family use questions, procurement information or data-handling requests.
